We leverage the high-efficiency Formlabs Fuse 1+ to deliver industrial-grade SLS parts. Running PA12 allows us to achieve exceptional near-isotropic mechanical properties and fine surface resolution. This setup is optimized for producing high-density, functional nylon parts that meet rigorous engineering specifications.

Our FDM facility is equipped for versatility and performance. We utilize dual-extrusion systems with soluble support capabilities for unrestricted part geometry, alongside high-temperature printers optimized for advanced thermoplastics, up to many Nylon types such as PA6 and PA12.
